Welcome to Jilfora Consulting. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Work

Jilfora Consulting provides professional consulting services in areas such as business strategy, IT solutions, and HR advisory. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or proposals.

Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed by Jilfora Consulting during the engagement remains the property of Jilfora Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Jilfora Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction (RoC) Pune

Amendments

Jilfora Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
